Refund and Returns Policy

Confirmation of your order

We will send you a message verifying the purchase details, which includes all the details of the medications and their costs, as soon as you complete the order, which is before the payment page or process.

Following this, you must complete the order and make the payment online. Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a final acknowledgment confirmation with the final order total and the expected delivery date from our end.

The final acknowledgment bill from our end will state if, for any reason, we are unable to fill your order in full or can only fill a portion of it because the stock has sold out of our inventory.

Confirming your shipping dispatch

You may follow your order on our portal after it has been placed and your money has been processed. Now, when we are set to ship your merchandise, we will send you an email confirmation once more.

After you place the final order on our portal and after the payment has been made, this can often take between 24 and 48 hours.

A shipment bill or invoice with the invoice number, shipping information, and instructions on how to track the shipment in transit will be sent to you by us. Every method will be described step-by-step.

You can call our helpline number to check and confirm the same if you encounter any difficulties understanding.

Typically, we deliver your product immediately to the door of your residence or place of business. Please refrain from changing the delivery address after your order has been dispatched as this could lead to undeliverable packages.

Knowing the customs

In addition to supplying its goods domestically in India, Medzbuddy also exports its goods overseas. So, if you ordered as a foreign citizen, you need to have more time on hand. Since your shipment will likely undergo a customs inspection when it arrives at the port or the airport, which could create extra delays.

Since delays in the customs department are out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for them. Your parcel will typically be sent to the neighborhood courier office, where the local delivery process will start when the customs inspection is through.

Do not forget to allow extra time for the customs check, which could take a few days to a few weeks.

Time for you to get the package

Our packages are often delivered within a few days for local deliveries and those inside the defined territorial zones. Nonetheless, there may be delays as a result of unforeseeable events, such as customs hold-ups, natural disasters, political unrest, or state-wide lockdowns.

We typically post the placement of the final order on our portal between 15 to 20 working days.

But, bear in mind that there will be a customs check, which could delay things. The customer is responsible for tracking their packages and shipments and calling us for additional information if their package hasn’t arrived, on average, after 15 to 20 days.

Reshipping lost orders

Although such situations are uncommon, we cannot know what will happen tomorrow. If the package is lost at our end during the transit period, we usually reship all orders or provide our clients with a refund.

Apart from taxes and customs duties, we are fully responsible for the customer’s loss. Nonetheless, consumers must contact our hotline number if they have not received their packages even after a maximum of 21 days for all domestic and international orders.

In most cases, we will ship the product to the customer again or make another delivery for free. However, such requests must be made to our helpline and customer service representative no later than eight weeks after the final order has been placed.

If you contact us to let us know that you haven’t received your box after 8 weeks, we won’t issue a refund or reship your order.

Return and refunding policy

In any case, if the customer receives a dispatched order and discovers that the seal has been damaged or tampered with, they must notify the company within 7 days of receiving the package.
